If you are experiencing difficulty connecting to your mail server this morning,
Friday 30 May and you are either being denied a connection or it repeatedly prompts you for your password please update your Incoming and Outgoing mail server
(if you use bignames for outgoing email) to mail.bignames.co.uk.
Your email program settings should then read;

Incoming mail server: mail.bignames.co.uk
Outgoing mail server: mail.bignames.co.uk

Equally if you are having problems logging into your control panel at cp.redmode.com change it to http://cp.bignames.co.uk or http://cp.mydomian.com (example) with your existing username and password.
