How to access webmail

With an email package from BigNames, you don't need to be at your computer to access your mail. With our handy webmail tool, you can keep in touch wherever you are.
To access your email, simply type your domain name into a browser (without the www.) You then have the choice of three different webmail applications:
Squirrel Mail is the most user-friendly application, with easy to understand instructions and basic capabilities.
Roundcube is the most popular webmail application, with an easy to use interface similar to Outlook.
Horde is recommended for the tech-savvy users and has advanced options for managing your mailbox.
Simply click on the application that you want to use and your inbox will appear in seconds.
To skip this step in future, select Autoload for your preferred application and this will load automatically the next time you log in.

Please note that we do not keep passwords on file and it is the responsibility of the customer to keep a note of their passwords.
