Platform Infrastructure Upgrade

We're pleased to let you know that over the coming weeks we'll be upgrading the BigNames hosting platform.

As part of our ongoing investment in our services, customer hosting accounts will be migrated to new server infrastructure featuring NVMe storage and updated enterprise hardware.

Overnight Migration Schedule

To minimise disruption, migration work will be carried out during overnight maintenance windows wherever possible.

Whilst brief service interruptions may occur during individual migrations, every effort will be made to keep any downtime to a minimum.
